The first collaboration of 2iG Capital with the former INISEL took place in 1989 with the design and execution of civil systems' area reorganization, which resulted in DISEL as a result of the merger and integration of two companies and two divisions of INISEL. The collaboration also included the search and selection of the CEO of the new company and the selection of new business opportunities and implementation of strategic acquisitions in the phase of the new CEO.
A second phase consisted in the collaboration for the design and execution of the project for the establishment of ERITEL as a result of the merger and integration of ERIA, owned by INISEL, with ENTEL, a subsidiary of TELEFÓNICA. 2iG Capital's collaboration also included the search and hiring of the first executive officer of the consolidated company, as well as the design of the new company Business Plan.
In parallel with the ERITEL project, 2iG Capital carried out support and consultancy activities for CESELSA's integration project in the areas of Simulation and Defense and the initiatives for the acquisition of GMV (GRUPO MECÁNICO DE VUELO) in the Aerospace and Aeronautics Sector.
